| At the end of each month, the monetary value of cartridges received by The
Cartridge Service will be sent to each respective good cause. |

| Yes please, the more cartridges the better. Each avenue of payment will still
apply - your company, a good cause or you could receive the money as a result. |
| I use recycled cartridges, do you want these returned? |
| Usually not, because the parts inside cartridges start to deteriorate after they
have been recycled a couple of times, so it becomes uneconomical to try recycling them
again. |
| How quickly can I receive money back for the cartridges I send to
you? |
| As with the good causes, at the end of each month a cheque will be written and sent
to each customer who has sent empty cartridges to us. |
| Where do the cartridges go after we have sent them back to you? |
| When The Cartridge Service receives empty cartridges, they are thoroughly checked
for damages before they are packaged and sent to various recyclers of printer
cartridges around the UK and abroad. |
| Once the cartridges are recycled, can we buy them back from you? |
| It would be impossible for us to send you back the exact cartridge you sent to us,
BUT YES you can buy recycled cartridges from our sister company
Printer Cartridge UK Ltd. These cartridges
are much less expensive than the OEM's and are far better for the environment. |
| Can I send back toners through your Freepost address? |
| No. Please only use this for inkjet returns because the cost would leave us with
nothing to give to you or the good causes. |
| Why do I have to collect 10 Toner cartridges before you can collect
them? |
| Unfortunately the cost of getting our courier company collecting the empty Toners
from you means that it would be impossible for us to accept any less than 10 Toner
cartridges at a time. However if you have less than 10 Toner cartridges but a lot of
Inkjet cartridges then call us and we will see what we can do. |
