It would be greatly appreciated if you could help protect the cartridges by placing them into cardboard boxes for us to collect. This will reduce the possibility of damage through transit and ensure a full value is allocated to your consignment. You may want to reduce the size of your consignment by placing two toners in one toner box.

When we arrange for collection it is important that we know the exact number of parcels you will be sending. If you reuse toner boxes, six boxes taped together in to one parcel means less chance of loss in transit by reducing the number of individual boxes.
